I thought this was a professional company , I hired them to shampoo my carpet and was exited to come home to a fresh carpet... Well NOT !! I do not believe my carpet was cleaned with shampoo...
My carpet is only a year old so should of come out beautiful.. The high traffic area was still flat and dry to find other areas soaked with wetness.. Just did not look clean to me.. Touched the wetness to smell for shampoo or deodorizer and there was none... I at this point was very disappointed ...
I called to just state this on the Voice mail and Lisa had NO decency to call and apologize or offer to redo... I never leave a review really but when it was a bad as this was I felt obligated...
If you want to pay for a shampoo that really is not done well here you go.. The receipt left for me was from a pad from walmart and their name written on it.. This is someone who bought a shampooer at walmart and portrays they are professional cleaners... THEY SUCKED !!!
